Grand Theft Auto V

released on September 17, 2013

Grand Theft Auto V is a bold new direction in open-world freedom, storytelling, mission-based gameplay and online multiplayer,  Grand Theft Auto V evolves nearly every mechanic found in previous games in the series. GTA V's world is bigger than the worlds of Red Dead Redemption, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas and Grand Theft Auto IV combined. Los Santos is a sprawling sun-soaked metropolis full of self-help gurus, starlets and once-important celebrities. Amidst the choas, three very different criminals plot their own chances of survival and success:Franklin, a former street gangster, now looking for real opportunities and serious money; Michael, a professional ex-con whose retirement is a lot less rosy than he hoped it would be; and Trevor, a violent maniac driven by the chance of a cheap high and the next big score.

Multiplayer will feature Crews similar to Max Payne 3. The new Social Club functionality will connect play across multiple titles, starting with Max Payne 3 and GTA V will let players form private crews with friends, or join public crews. Players can be a member of up to five at the same time, and completing tasks as a crew will gain experience points for the player.
